It was truly a historic weekend for CCU Track and Field and wonderful last meet for the 2016 season. For only being two years into the program, CCU T&F performed exceptionally well! This year has been huge for the growth of this program and every athlete played a vital role.
Overall, all CCU T&F athletes gave it their all on the big stage of RMAC Championships, many coming out with PRs! What’s more is that for the first time in CCU Track and Field history, we scored in an event! Brooke Genovese placed 8th in the women’s 5000 with a time of 18:06! What a great way to close out a season!
