My Old School

Despite the fact that I have never been to a live concert for any band that I listen to on the radio, there is one that I wouldn't miss for the world - My Old School. To be honest, I had never really heard about this band or the artist they cover, Steely Dan, until I began living at an apartment complex in Denver. There, my landlord, who happened to be the father of one of my teammates, was also the drummer for the band. We were invited to Bonacquisti Winery three years ago to hear them play and never turned back. We have been going ever since because we not only loved the music, but enjoyed sipping Sangria while they played. 

This year we wrangled a large crowd of our closet friends, many of whom are residents at the complex, to hear them play and gawk at how amazing of a drummer our landlord is.
